ISO27001:2013
2sms was the first SMS company worldwide to gain ISO27001:2005 certification. We subject our business processes to an independent semiannual review by an accredited IEC/ISO auditor. Our Information Security Management System is the foundation of our commitment to information security.
TRUSTe
2sms passionately believes that a customer’s data is their own. Our TRUSTe certified privacy statement states that we will never market our services using customer information that is entrusted to us.
Digicert
2sms uses a Digicert Extended Validation SSL certificate to encrypt its web domain. We have invested in the highest level of protection as a statement of intent to protect our customers’ data.
HIPAA
2sms is HIPAA compliant for the handling of Healthcare PII. Our HIPAA Attestation report is certified by A-Lign, a registered CPA company. Our SMS+ platform, run in Private Cloud mode, abstracts PII from the view of 2sms and the mobile phone operators, and ensures patients only receive their information when they ‘pull’ it from the messaging server, and never receive PII pushed to the mobile device.
